A useful drafting tool, not legal advice.

Service

PolicyPilot provides structured policy-drafting tools and downloadable document outputs. The service is offered to help users make a useful first draft. It does not provide legal, employment, regulatory, tax, HR or compliance advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you submit, for reviewing all generated content, and for ensuring that any policy you distribute is appropriate for your organisation, jurisdiction, contracts and applicable law. Do not submit personal data, confidential client information or trade secrets unless you accept the risks described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Policy packs are one-off digital purchases processed by PayPal. A Policy Pack unlocks export for the policy associated with that checkout. A Business Library purchase unlocks exports across the available templates and languages in the purchasing browser. Access is delivered after payment verification and is stored in that browser. If a verified technical failure prevents delivery, contact us with your PayPal order reference at hello@opensled.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, reverse engineer payment controls, or use outputs to mislead people about legal rights or obligations.

Availability

We may change, pause or improve the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyPilot is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of generated content.
